ResilioDB is a database service provided by Resilio SA. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect external user's data when accessing and using ResilioDB.

Types of Data Collected

User Accounts: Username, company name, business email, current plan, secret tokens and hashed password.
Database Logs: Query logs, access times, IP addresses and usage statistics.

Sensitive Data: We do not collect sensitive data as defined by Swiss nFADP or GDPR via this service.

Purpose of Processing

Service Delivery: To assess the quality of our services and deliver database insights. Performance: To monitor and optimize platform performance. Security: To detect and prevent unauthorized access or abuse. Support: To assist users with technical issues.

Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contractual Necessity: To fulfill our service agreement with you.
  • Legitimate Interest: To ensure platform security and performance.
  • Consent: For optional features (e.g., analytics, beta programs).

Data Storage and Retention

  • User Accounts: Duration of service + 10 years, unless deletion is requested earlier.
  • Requests Logs: 1 year
  • Usage Statistics: Duration of service + 2 years

Data Localization: All data is stored on secure servers in Switzerland (Infomaniak) or in France (DGTZ), compliant with GDPR/nFADP.
