Collected personnal data

When you fill our contact form, we collect your name and email adress. You give us these informations by clicking on “Send” button on the contact form. You thereby accept the data processing, aiming to answer your request. Your request will then be treated by a collaborator of Resilio. Your email will be used to answer you.

For collaborators that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

For the data filled in the contact form, we retain them for at most 2 years after the last contact. We keep them to answer your questions and keep traces of our exchanges with you.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, or filled the contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
